I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. Working with photography has been a dream of mine since I was a teenager, and it has gradually come true over the last 30 years. I began learning photography through courses and, later, and more importantly, by assisting generous Brazilian masters and idols in their studios. I honestly feel that images can be used to tell tales and, if done with strength and honesty, may affect people deeply, perhaps even moving and transforming them.
