Little Boys and Baby Ducks

It was the first time I went to Domaine des Maizerets municipal park, in Quebec City, Canada. I wanted to make photographs of the large trees, watercourse, and numerous ducks. That day, the light was tainted by the smoke of the major forest fires that were taking place in Canada. The air looked foggy, and Montreal (250km away) had the worst pollution measurements amongst the world large cities because of these forest fires. Consequently, there were very few people in the park. Nevertheless, I was attracted by these two little boys who were calling the baby ducks on the watercourse. I made a few photographs but this one better conveys the attitude of the boys. It was a lovely scene that would have not been possible in normal days.
